This study explores the effectiveness of group therapy in treating mental health disorders, examining its impact on various conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study aims to identify the therapeutic benefits of group therapy, evaluate its effectiveness compared to other therapeutic modalities, and investigate the dynamics that contribute to successful outcomes. The review highlights that group therapy offers a supportive environment that fosters interpersonal connections and enhances individual recovery through shared experiences and peer support.
